Before you start the configuration process, make sure the program has been installed and is running properly. Open the program and follow these instructions:

1. Go to the Edit menu and select Preferences.
2. In the Category field, click the + symbol next to Mail & Groups.
3. Select Identity in the Category field.
4. In the E-mail address and the Reply-to address fields, enter user@yourdomain.com.
   
   

5. In the Category field, select Mail Server.
6. In the Mail server user name field, enter username%yourdomain.com
7. In the Outgoing mail server field, enter mail.yourdomain.com
8. In the Incoming mail server field, enter mail.yourdomain.com
